Additional and optional costs:

• The following services are not included in the rental price:
• Deposit: 100 € / Holiday homes Fünen XXL, Falster XXL, and Family House in the Woods: 200 € upon arrival.
• Tourist tax in Bad Saarow: 3 € per adult/day; 1.50 € per child (10-17 years)/day
• Tourist tax in Wendisch Rietz: 2 € (from 16 years) per person/day
• Bed linen set (12 € per person, consisting of 1 sheet, 1 pillow, 1 duvet cover)
• Towel set (8.50 € per person, consisting of 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat)
• Energy and water consumption (see above)
• Firewood (12.50 € per basket)
• Pets (12 € per animal and night) - registration required
• Child travel bed (10 €), high chair (5 €), stair gate (5 €) / per stay
